BOXABL PH KARAOKE

These terms govern BOXABL PH Karaoke, a videoke catalog from BOXABL PH Entertainment, a line of BOXABL PH CONSTRUCTION Corp. (OPC), a Philippine company. The service is for guests and staff at HRH Beach Community, San Rafael, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, and for a phone you use at home.

The app catalogs songs and opens them in the official YouTube player. It does not host karaoke videos, sell streams, or take payment. Playback of a YouTube title depends on YouTube, your connection, and the uploader. A title can disappear from YouTube without notice.

You may browse and play as a guest. Saving a song, a queue, or a language preference requires sign-in with Google or X. Night-desk staff may add links and header lines only after sign-in. You must be able to agree to a contract. If you are under 18, a parent or the cottage host should be with you.

We may suspend a gadget's saved catalog if it is used to rip video, harass other guests, or break these policies. Philippine law applies, including the Intellectual Property Code (Republic Act 8293). Questions: eddy@boxabl.website.

This notice follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its rules. The personal-information controller for this app is BOXABL PH CONSTRUCTION Corp. (OPC). Contact eddy@boxabl.website.

Guest browsing stores nothing about you on our servers. Sign-in uses Google or X. We receive the account id, name, email, and picture that the sign-in service returns, and we keep a session so this gadget knows who you are. We do not receive your Google or X password.

Saved songs, queue, preferred language, preferred category, and night-desk additions are stored on this device, not in a cloud profile we operate. Sign-out clears the session on this gadget only. The next sign-in on the same device loads that account's saved list again. Clearing the browser site data deletes it.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiles. Google, X, and YouTube process data under their own policies when you sign in or press play. A cottage TV is a shared screen: do not sign in with a personal account you do not want the next guest to see, and sign out when the night ends.

You may ask what this device holds, ask us to explain a night-desk line we posted, or complain to the National Privacy Commission. Device-only lists are deleted by clearing this site's data in the browser.

Song recordings, lyrics, and videos belong to their writers, artists, labels, and uploaders. BOXABL PH Karaoke does not claim those rights. A catalog card is a pointer: title, artist, language, category, and a YouTube id.

Do not ask this app to download, convert, or keep a YouTube file. It will not. The Download action only does three things: save the catalog entry on this device, open the YouTube page so the YouTube app's own download can be used where YouTube allows it, or attach a file the venue owns or has licensed.

Staff may paste a public YouTube link from the listed source channels. That does not transfer copyright. If a rights holder wants a title removed from this cottage catalog, write to eddy@boxabl.website with the song title and the YouTube link. We will take the card off the night-desk list on the gadgets we control.

An attached file must be one you own or are licensed to play in the cottage. You confirm that when you attach it. The file plays in the browser on this device only. It is not uploaded to us. The temporary link dies on reload, and the card will say so.

Playback uses the official YouTube iframe, youtube.com/embed, with YouTube's player. YouTube's terms of service and community guidelines apply as soon as the player loads. We do not scrape channels and we do not call downloaders or converters.

Source channels listed on the night desk are public YouTube pages for staff to copy links from by hand. Listing a channel is not a partnership and not permission to copy its videos.

Sign-in buttons start Google or X sign-in through this app's sign-in service. If a popup is blocked, allow popups for this site and try again. Offline, a saved YouTube title can still be read in the catalog and plays again when the connection returns.

Opening a link, including boxabl.website and YouTube, leaves this app. Those sites have their own terms.

Use the catalog for private cottage videoke and personal listening. Do not use it to run a paid public performance, to rebroadcast a stream, or to build a competing database by scraping this app.

Do not post a header line that is unlawful, deceptive, or that names a guest without their consent. Ads and updates on the LIVE strip are visible to everyone on this gadget.

Do not upload or attach a file you have no right to play. Do not try to break the player, the sign-in, or another guest's saved list. Shared TV: treat the queue as the room's, and skip a song if the room asks.

No lyric transcription, key change, payments, or public song-request wall is part of this app. Do not expect those.

On a cottage TV at HRH Beach Community the browser is a shared remote. Songs the night desk adds, and lines posted to the LIVE strip, stay on that TV until someone clears site data or the desk removes them. They are not private to the staff account after sign-out.

Saved songs and the queue belong to the signed-in account on that device. A guest who signs in should sign out before leaving the cottage. A file attached for offline play is only for that sitting. Reload, and it is gone. Bring a copy you are allowed to play if the line usually drops.

Add to Home Screen from the browser menu if you want an icon. The app needs HTTPS. The YouTube player does not run from a file opened off the phone. If the page was saved offline, the catalog and the LIVE text still open. The player waits for the network unless a licensed file is attached.

BOXABL PH Karaoke is Filipino-owned and operated under BOXABL PH Entertainment. It is not the U.S. company Boxabl, not Boxabl Inc., and not an official YouTube, Google, or X product.

The wordmark BOXABL PH KARAOKE, the shield mark, and the cottage catalog are used by BOXABL PH for this videoke gateway. Nothing here offers a modular home, a warranty on a building, or a medical service. Pod Vital and other HRH lines are separate.

Trademarks of songs, artists, YouTube, Google, and X remain theirs. Effective 10 October 2026.
